Stone: One of a kind labradorite with striking blue and gold flash, set horizontally in handcrafted sterling silver bezel. 1.5″ wide, just under 1″ tall.
Chain: 25″ of 4mm Etruscan (aka: loop-in-loop) fine silver chain. Each link is hand cut, shaped, fused, linked, drawn, and checked meticulously to ensure a sensual snake-like movement and feel.
Clasp: This is where the Steampunk Artificer in me came out. I hate hooks for clasps. They get caught in my hair, or fall off. So I created, designed, and fabricated a double sliding clasp in sterling silver with silicone inserts to fit my Standard Double Etruscan (aka: Markov, for the math pun) Chain, and capped the chain ends with sterling silver end caps. This makes the necklace almost infinitely adjustable, though you will need to slide it to fully extended to get it over your head. Think adjustable infinity chain, just cooler looking. You will need to adjust the slides slowly or you risk the chain links catching them and yanking them out. I did permanently adhere them, but silicone has a mind of its own. I’ve tested extensively, and had others test, so it works provided you don’t yank the chain through that hard. Even pressure does the trick. If you are the kind of person to get irritated with tiny clasps, or hate them getting stuck in your hair on in clothes – or just want to wear the same necklace with different necklines – this clasp is going to be your new favorite style.

These are so beautiful for everyday wear & superb quality! They are lightweight & sturdy, do not bend out of shape easily. The perfect size, not too big or small and I love the thickness. And the silicone backings are great. They stabilize without squeezing or being too heavy.
I love this set!!! It's so nice to have a seam ripper that I can hide the away the sharp parts, while my kids can get the caps off the commercial ones, they can't get them out of the handle on these. The resin is gorgeous - I love having beautiful tools to work with!
